After installing the Pharos Popup Client you receive the following message on printing:
"Unable to load the questions from the Popup Server - The Pharos Spool Queue does not exist."
This is because you have installed a new Pharos Spool Queue but not performed a change control or restarted the Pharos Popup Service.
Restarting the Popup Server will resolve the problem.
