Resolution
To pre-define terminal types for Blueprint, you need to do the following:
Copy your .terminal.config file(s) to the Blueprint \bin folder.
Run the following, changing the text in RED to the name of your file(s):
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\InstallUtil.exe /TerminalConfigFile="Omega PS200.1.0.1.terminal.config" PharosSystems.blueprint.TerminalPlugins.Ini.dllThey will now be present in the Secure Release Here > Default Settings > Advanced view, ready for configuration.
