Canon Integration Error Message: 'The PharosStation: xxx does not exist'

Article summary

When I test the Pharos Server settings using the Pharos System Configuration Settings web page on the Canon integrated iMFP I receive the following error message:

Connection Status 'The PharosStation: xxx does not exist'

This error occurs when an incorrect Pharos Station Terminal name was entered, or a Pharos Terminal has not been set up in the Pharos Administrator. The Terminal Name in the Pharos Configuration Settings page should be the same as the Terminal Name inserted in the Pharos Administrator.

To resolve this error insert and configure a new Canon iMFP Network Terminal in Pharos Administrator or correct the terminal name.
