I am receiving this error from the Blueprint Tracker Logs

(Id = 0x8007274C) A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.. SOAP Fault: Failed to send request.
Disable the Server and Client Firewall
