Each time a workstation communicates with the Analyst, it will appear in the Workstations list, then disappear.
AnswerThe problem is related to the image you have created for the workstation. When you created the image you installed the Tracker, the Tracker communicated with the Analyst to assign a machine ID to the workstation. Every time you deploy the image, the Tracker is communicating to the Analyst with the same machine ID. The machine ID must be unique, so the workstation is deleted from the database.
Solution:
Create a new image. Make sure when you are installing the Tracker on the image you complete the following task:
Disconnect the network connection
Install the Tracker
Create the image file
When the image is deployed it will request a new Machine ID each time.
