Error: 'Page too small to print one line. Try printing using smaller font.

Problem:

When printing, the workstation receives the following error message:

"Page too small to print one line. Try printing using smaller font."

Applies To:

Blueprint 2.0 Tracker

Symptom:

Print jobs sent to the newly configured network printer are not being tracked nor printed. Blueprint 2.0 Tracker cannot handle new network printers after the Tracker has been installed on the client machine.

Solution:

Apply Blueprint 2 Hot Fix 2. This Hot Fix addresses the following issue:

In Windows NT/2000/XP environments, the tracking of network printers would sometimes fail on those network printers that were added after the Tracker was installed. After uninstalling the Tracker, it would not be possible to uninstall these printers. These problems were due to the Registry being updated incorrectly when the new printers were discovered by the Tracker.
