Omega PS150 - Error: "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Problem:

When the Copy button is pressed on the Omega Terminal Device this error occurs:

"object reference not set to an instance of an object"

The Omega is attached to an MFD and used for copy and print. The print feature works properly.

Solution:

Check the Copy Lines configured in Pharos Administrator. This error can occur if any of the lines show N/A as entries. Remove or properly configure these copy lines.

In Pharos 7.2 look on the Pharos Administrator "Pharos Managed Copier" context. To fix this put "Copy Line 0" at the top of the list in the Copy Control Configuration Page.
