PS150 does not enable the copier

After logging onto PS150 the copier does not enable or display a ready state.

The PS150 screen continually states "Enabling Copier" (screen shot attached)

To resolve this issue in version 6.1 or later:

1. Open Pharos Administrator.

2. Select the Output Devices > Pharos Managed Devices context.

3. Select the relevant device and go to the MFD tab.

4. Set the Plug-ins option to "None ".

5. Save this and click the Change Control button at the top of the Administrator screen.

6. Restart the PS150.

To resolve this issue in version 6.0 or earlier:

1. Open Pharos Administrator.

2. Select the Systems > Script context.

3. Insert a new script called "MFP Check".

4. In the edit window type the following text:  PlugIn.Status = 0;

5. Save this and close.

6. Select the Output Devices > Pharos Managed Devices context.

7. Select the relevant device and go to the MFD tab.

8. Set the Plug-ins option to "MFP Check ".

9. Save this and click the Change Control button at the top of the Administrator screen.

10. Restart the PS150.
