Using the KM iMFP all of the devices have gone missing.

Problem:

All of the devices in the KM iMFP Console application have gone missing/deleted.

Solution:

This is a known issue with the original KM iMFP Console application 1.5.2.119. To determine which build you are using open the KM iMFP Console application and from the menu at the top select Help > About.
