If you see the following error in the EDI log complete the following task
SoapException, error code=Pedi.NoSuchObject, message=The Label:network(ip address) does not exist.
Push the ini Schema from the Omega to the Pharos database
To troubleshoot the high CPU usage:
Before completing this task make sure of the following:
Omega Ps150 and Ps100 have the latest firmware
Make sure that the EDI has the latest hotfix (Pharos Web site)
Make sure you have applied the ini schema
Gather the IIS log (We need to find out which device is causing the issue)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Logfiles\W3SVC1
Gather EDI logs
If possible gather the Omega log
Send through the logs to Pharos Support
