When running the Package Builder to create install packages, the following error appears:
"Failed to retrieve printer information. Connection refused."
This error message means that Pharos Administrator connected to a PC with the IP address specified for that print server, but that nothing is listening on the port that was requested.
In Pharos Administrator, go to System > Servers and check that the correct address is specified in the IP Address field for this server.
Note: If your site uses DNS, you can enter the server's domain name into the IP Address field instead of a numerical IP address.
