I receive an error when running an install package on my workstation.
The error from the controller log:
Error: Pharos Module Updater cannot be installed on this machine. Failed to initialize the Installer Helper DLL: Unable to get a list of ports: The data area passed to a system call is too small.
This error can be caused by using a non-English operating system that is not supported by Pharos, e.g. an Asian version of Windows XP.
Pharos does not currently support non-English operating systems for client install and update packages. Support may be provided in future revisions of the product. Please continue to monitor this article for updates or contact Pharos Technical Support support@pharos.com
