How to program a Magtek USB card reader

Below are the codes needed to reprogram a Magtek card reader with the USB Swipe and Insert Reader found on the Magtek website at:

http://www.magtek.com/support/software/demo_programs/usb_swipe_insert.asp

After installing, plug in the reader in an empty USB slot and run the application called USBMSR Demo from the Programs > MagTek menu.

In the white box adjacent to the Send Msg button seen in the screen shot below, enter the appropriate code and hit Send Msg. Anytime a code is entered one must type in a 02 and hit Send Msg again to execute the code.
