The Canon Image Runner Advance 6555i was recently certified.

In order to avoid the "Memory Full" error, please try the following steps:

  • First, change default user privilege on the Pharos Release Station to Admin;

  • On the device itself (not the RUI):

    • Press the Settings/Registration button

    • Tap Personal Settings

    • Tap Management Settings

    • Tap Device Management

    • Tap Manage Personal Settings

    • Change “Action When Number of Users Exceeded” to Delete Oldest User Settings
