Getting a "Memory Full" error message using a Canon Image Runner Advance 6555i.Answer
The Canon Image Runner Advance 6555i was recently certified.
In order to avoid the "Memory Full" error, please try the following steps:
First, change default user privilege on the Pharos Release Station to Admin;
On the device itself (not the RUI):
Press the Settings/Registration button
Tap Personal Settings
Tap Management Settings
Tap Device Management
Tap Manage Personal Settings
Change “Action When Number of Users Exceeded” to Delete Oldest User Settings
