Article summary

In the Pharos Discovery Report the 'UserJobCount' field in the .xml file does not represent the correct number of jobs for the user.

This is a known issue and is a problem with one of the database stored procedures.

All the JobCounts were wrong, not just for the User context.

Updated stored procedures are attached.

To install the stored procedures, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the psbprocs database using SQL Query Analyzer and sa or psbprint account.

  2. Run both updated procedures in the SQL Query Analyzer window.

When you have applied the SP you will need to:

  1. Re-close the assessment using the Administrator.

  2. Generate the new XML file.

  3. Import the XML into Excel and then Word documents.
