Tracker install error: "The application or DLL C:\WINNT\system32\OLE32.DLL is not a valid Windows image."

The following error occurs when installing the Tracker:

"The application or DLL C:\WINNT\system32\OLE32.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

This error occurs when installing the Tracker on Windows 2000 or Windows XP after applying Hot Fix 11 to Blueprint 3.1 or Hot Fix 3 to Blueprint 3.2, and where the following registry value is set to 1:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem\NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation

If this error occurs, you must take the following steps to correctly install the Tracker:

1. Cancel the installation.

2. Find and delete the file wodFtpDLX.dll (located in WINNT\System32 or Windows\System32).

3. Run the install package again.

Note: If you continue with the installation after receiving this error, the Tracker will not function. You must uninstall the Tracker, then delete the file mentioned above and re-install the Tracker.
