When using an anti-virus on the server like McAfee, what recommendations do you have for exclusions?

Problem
McAfee protection software keeps on blocking Uniprint and MobilePrint services or it appears that the excessive scanning of print files is causing the system to work slower than expected. What exclusions should I apply to stabilize the system?
Information:
McAfee exclusions:
Basically you are trying to avoid in memory scan and filesystem I/O scans which can impact system performance.
Note: Your McAfee version may require changing these recommendations to achieve these exclusions.
1. Directory exclusions:
Pharos Logs = C:\ProgramData\Pharos\*.*
Pharos temp directory = C:\ProgramData\PharosSystems\*.*
Pharos Software Uniprint = C:\Program Files (x86)\Pharos\*.*
Pharos Software Uniprint and MobilePrint = C:\Program Files (x86)\PharosSystems\*.*
Windows Spool = C:\Windows\System32\spool\*.*
2. Process exclusions because print jobs are transferred across the system multiple times:
PharosSystems.SecureRelease.SecureReleaseService.exe (all print jobs while they are being transferred).
PServe.exe (all Print Server processing should not be scanned)
MobilePrint.Service.Workflow.exe (add documents downloaded / uploaded to MobilePrint).
MobilePrint.Service.Worker.exe (Moves jobs from system for MobilePrint for processing and to SecureRelease server).
PharosSystems.LoggingService.exe (all Pharos logs while they are being transferred)
3. Database exclusions: (Database is constantly changing and should not be scanned)
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL11.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\*.*
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS11.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles\*.*
