When pressing the Print Release button the error message "Accept Invalid Certificate Temporarily" is displayed on the panel.

Environment:

Xerox AltaLink & VersaLink model devices with Pharos Xerox iMFP configured.


Answer:

On AltaLink devices login to the devices web page then Navigate to:

Properties > General Setup > Extensible Service Setup > under Browser Settings: uncheck "Verify server certificates"

On VersaLink devices login to the devices web page then Navigate to:

  1. System > Security > SSL/TLS Settings > Ensure that "Verify Remote Server Certificate" is not enabled

  2. Or login to the devices web page then Navigate to:

Apps > EIP Settings at the top > turn off "Verify Server Certificates"
