Pharos Blueprint: Changing the HP iMFP Setting "Auto Populate Email Fields" across several HP iMFP terminals

Goal

Change the Auto Populate Email Fields value from "From - Auto populate the from field" to "To and From - Auto populate both to and from fields for all terminals.

Environment

• HP iMFP Terminal

• HP Laserjet MFP devices

Resolution

This can be accomplished using "Copy Terminal Settings" in the Blueprint Administrator application.

1. Modify the setting (Device Management > Terminals > Select a terminal > HP iMFP Configuration > MFD section) on one terminal.

2. Click the "Copy Terminal Settings" button (near the top of the Administrator console interface).

3. In the wizard, first select your reference terminal (the one modified in step 1). Click 'Next'.

4. Select all of the terminals you wish to update. You can use SHIFT+Click to select contiguous groups, and CTRL+Click to select discontiguous units. Click 'Next'.

5. Put an "X" in the box for the MFD: Autopopulate option. Click 'Next'.

6. Click 'Copy'.

When complete, click the 'OK' button to dismiss the wizard.
